Raschel knitted fabrics are produced from spun or filament yarns of different weights and types.

Embroidery Embroidery

Boysan Boya Baskı A.Ş. is capable of embroidery embroidery with electronically controlled advanced technology embroidery machines.

Jet Painting

It is a process to create a dense hairy structure on the surfaces of winter fabrics.

Ram

With stenter processes, the width and length of the fabrics can be adjusted and fabric wrinkles can be removed.

Sandpaper

It is a mechanical finishing process applied to give effect to the fabric surface. Especially when cotton fabrics are sanded, the fabric gains a velvety and suede appearance.

Shaving

It is the name given to the mechanical finishing process that ensures the removal of fiber protrusions on the fabric surface, as well as cutting the pile on the fabric surface to a certain length.

Gaze

Gazing, burning or gilding is a pre-finishing process to remove lint from textile materials in the form of yarn or fabric.

Fikse

Fixing or fixing is the process of binding of dyestuff molecules or ions to the fibers with the help of dry heat or steam in textile dyeing and printing processes, and their permanent settlement in the fibers.

Liza

It is the process of feathering on the surface of the dyed fabric.

Sanfor

It is the process used to adjust the fabric width, weight and shrinkage values, while giving the fabric an ironing effect.
